Reaching 14 million people this past month has been a blessing and the subsequent jump in followers that came with it made things a lot clearer seemingly overnight.
I've been running on blind faith for a long, long time. Structured strategies to nurture our growth evaded me for years. These past two years have been different though. I'm moving around with clear intentions about who we are, what we're aiming to achieve, and the knowledge that we make a difference in people's lives by inspiring them to follow through on their creative impulses or by simply providing smiles through entertaining content.
There are still tons to improve upon like the inconsistency with the publishing on GullyMag but I work 18-20 hour days to make sure that everything I touch reaches its full potential. There's no other way to do things. It's either you try to reach the pinnacle of what you do or there's no reason to do it.
If you're tagged in this post it's to thank you for being an integral part of this journey and this growth. Thank you for pushing me to do better.

I've been writing poetry all my life and I dropped out of Business school back in 2011 to go into Creative Writing because that's what Pac studied. I didn't believe in myself enough and I quit that major within 6 months. I figured my place was behind the scenes. And so, that's what I did and what I do now. But the more I write the more I get the itch to take it further. I'm 30 now. It's now or never. I choose now.

I don't do this for myself. I do this for my family.
I do it for my momma who always took care of me.
I do it for my grandma who isn't around right now but she's looking down from heaven. I'm working to make her proud.
I do this for my siblings to be a better example.
I do this for my daddy who raised me to not get trampled.
I do this for the world. I guess, I don't know what it's for. It just pours out my heart and onto paper. Furthermore,
I'm losing sight of whether this is art or just a diary. And I don't got the heart to start to analyze my fallacies.
The darkness of the mind. I wonder what I'd find. Myself? Or is The Architect controlling all our lies.
In the hunt for purpose you get hunted every time.
I don't know what I'm here for. I'd be searching all my life.
So I gave it up and I'm just working out the mud. Everything is moving. I'm creating. I'm in love.

Yesterday vibes. Sometimes you go into the studio and the session goes smooth. Other times you hit a creative roadblock. It's during those roadblocks where the option of collaboration becomes a necessity but it is extremely difficult to find an individual or group of individuals who react to constructive criticism with a positive mindset. Much love and respect due to my brothers @morenokeyz & @iamleoj for always attacking a track with the drive to make it the best it could be, to our engineer @armaunisound for the creative guidance to take it there, and to @hollywoodhookman for the valuable input.
