August 02, 2016 ↔️ January 13, 2024 (7 Years and 5 months) 20 years old ↔️ 28 years old man it’s been a rollercoaster since the first day I stepped into that gym in at McGuire AFB, NJ in 2014. For years training in whatever I saw on YouTube or what my idols did, mixed with not having any type of regiment. Then fast forwarding the years little by little and building and foundation off a bodybuilding regimen that worked for me. All doing this for one purpose and one purpose only. To make myself happy and proud of doing something I put my mind to, to ease the mental stresses of everyday life. I get criticized a lot for why I don’t compete or why I do this or why I do that, but my answer always to that stays the same. I’ve never done this for anyone else’s approval, or what THEY want me to do with my physique. I’ve enjoyed the process of sculpting my physique and at the same time somehow inspiring thousands not just physically but mentally and spiritually. I’ll take all the hate and negativity in the world knowing I at least helped the people out that needed it. At this point I’m just chasing/working toward the simple/yet very big/important things in life. I am doing all that whist sharing my passion of fitness with a community. Everyday trying to share my day to day life of Danny and everything and anything that pertains to it. Building a family, creating a legacy, showing the people in my life that mean the world to me how appreciated they are, and spreading love, not hate. The gym has helped me create something of myself and helped me with alot of things while discovering who I am over the years. And what exactly is that? A 28 year old man named Daniel; who still likes children’s food as his favorites, goes to the gym for fun/build himself, and someone that’s been able to build the self confidence to encourage others that’s it’s okay to not be okay, and to be confident and passionate about the things they love. I am no better, or above anyone, I’m simply in the same world, just trying to impact it in good light. I’m not perfect and never will be, but I’ll never stop being who I am, and spreading my message. ❤️‍🩹 #Transformation #Explore #Motivation
