-what I loved most about my trip to skegee was the authenticity I got to share with those closest to me. Presence is everything. Their presence is worth more than any monetary or temporary circumstance. To truly live, and be in the moment was something Tuskegee reminded me of.

Happy Easter y’all !! For starters let me just say this, this photoshoot came out nothing like how I originally planned😂. This was supposed to be an outside shoot but due to unexpected weather conditions we had to change this to an indoor shoot and had about 30 minutes to set this up 😭!! Definitely made something out of nothing, enjoy y’all Easter !!

black history month #dump What I’m most proud of, is this month we created black art, shopped black brands, ate black food, celebrated black culture, and highlighted black beauty. I always have so much fun every February putting together different projects and supporting my people.

Notably, I was able to finally drop my website to release my archived pieces to be purchased at leisure! I’m so proud of each piece because it shows my development of artistry as most of these pieces are almost or over a yr old.

I hope y’all knew I was coming😳!!! Happy black history month my peopleee🤎🤎🤎!!! I wanted to use this song “I am not my hair” by India Arie to express how our beauty will always radiate through our hair regardless of how it looks. It’s all about what’s within, and our hair shall never deem our importance and how we should be treated as a whole. I told my models to come as they are in whatever hairstyle they wanted because at they end of the day no matter what was on their head, they’d always be black, and their black beauty will shine and radiate regardless of their hairstyle, or outfit.
