Exciting news!

My longtime friend and collaborator since our Berkeley days, @juliataylorarts , and I have been writing an original musical together for the last couple years.

We’re thrilled to announce we will be developing our show at the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Advanced Songwriting Workshop starting in 2027!

Thank you to the actors who helped us record demos this year. Such a thrill to start bringing our songs to life! And thank you to the BMI Steering Committee for approving our project!

We’re proud of what we’ve been creating, and we’re excited to keep developing the show. More to come! 📝🎶🎭

We have officially opened GOOD TIME CHARLIE. Would not have been possible without every member of this exquisite theatrical family, and the real family we are portraying. I love them all. Come see us at @publictheaterny.

A few years ago, I started sharing songs from a musical I was writing on the internet. Now, I’m so excited to share that those songs are going to be on the preliminary GRAMMY ballot!!! 🥹

Caesar: The Musical is up for first-round consideration in two categories…

🏛️ Best Musical Theater Album ~ Caesar: The Musical (Official Studio Cast EP)

🏛️ Best Traditional Pop Vocal Performance ~ “Shall Rome”

Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed to this project in any way, and to all of you for listening and watching and being there for so much of this journey. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created together!!!
