Every year when in Murrells Inlet, SC, I have to hit up @costamurrells for a modern take on Italian and seafood. Started off with the burrata salad with arugula, strawberries, pickled red onions, pieces of prosciutto, and a balsamic vinaigrette topped with candied pistachios. Absolutely delicious, the salad is sweet, acidic, creamy, and peppery, really well balanced with all of the ingredients. Next up, the pasta e fagioli soup, which was really hearty and flavorful. Finally the main dish, I went with the fish special, a filet of golden tile sautéed with fresh herbs, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, parmesean cheese, and capers in a lemon butter sauce over linguine. The tile was cooked perfectly and was a nice light but meaty fish, similar to grouper. It was one of the best dishes I had in the inlet this year.

Happy 3rd Dhuaan-iversary!!

January 11th, 2021 my wife and I spent all day cooking up 100 lamb Frankie rolls in our Bridgeport home and driving all over Chicago delivering them to anyone who was willing to give our product a try! It was a such a fun and exciting time!

We didn't even know if anyone would be interested, or even enjoy them!

Little did we know that day would turn into this! An army of followers (almost 4k strong! - tell your friends!!) and countless publications and fans near and far!

Appreciate you all who let me slide into your DMs that night and accepted food from the crazy man with the bag of lamb!

This is my life's passion and I'm always grateful that you all are so loving and passionate about our creations!

Never could have done this with you all! If I tagged you, you know why!

✌🏾❤️ AND WE'RE THREE @#$&! YEARS OLD!!!

Eating in and cooking dinner at home on a Friday was so fun and delicious. We picked up a nice ribeye steak and added freshly grated cheddar to a box of mac and cheese and topped everything with a drizzle of truffle oil. Just divine. #homemadewithcat

🦪 @loganoystersocials 🦪 Chef Rickie is the nicest and those oysters are bursting with flavor. He’s available for private events and catering, and otherwise can be found popping up around town ⚓️

This was a perfect Italian beef. Mine was "bathed" when I took the first.bite and the juice started to pile up in the bottom of the container I knew exactly the delicious mess I was in for 😋
