We said what we said. 🗣️

Last week, we told y’all: yoga is better with props. And we don’t think y’all heard us!

Because we’re still hearing:
“I want to try yoga, but I’ve never done it before.”
“I can’t touch my toes.”
“I’m not flexible.”

Baby, that’s exactly why we have props! 🙌🏽

Thursdays are your reminder:
🧘🏾‍♀️ 9:00 AM — Yoga for Everybody
🧘🏾‍♀️ 7:15 PM — Therapeutic Hatha Flow

Both classes use props—straps, blankets, blocks, all the things—to bring the practice to you.

See you later, love. Link in bio 🔗 [daily class schedule]

From Iyengar to inversions, our trainees are deepening their relationship to the practice—and to each other. From going upside down to leaning into arm balances, they’re meeting every challenge with courage, consistency, and care.

This weekend was all about facing fears, showing up for one another, and witnessing how strength reveals itself—in the body, in community, and in service. 💪🏾🧘🏾‍♀️
