Meet Morgan, a young artist who has excelled since taking part in @njpacartsed’s Backstage Pathways program.

This class, taught on Saturday afternoons starting Oct 3, offers young people age 14-18 training in the backstage arts: Audio Engineering, Lighting Design, Costuming, Carpentry and other skills that lead to careers behind the scenes.

In this video, Morgan picks up her first gig with the IATSE Union team that creates the excellence in production that you see on our stages. We’re proud to help young creatives find pathways to building strong careers from our classroom into practical, real world job opportunities. Learn more and sign up at NJPAC.org/backstage
