SENIOR NIGHT 💙🖤📣🥹

One of those nights you wish you could bottle up and keep forever. Four years of varsity cheer, countless Friday nights under the lights, friendships, hard work, and memories that have become such a big part of Morgan’s story. How are we already here?

Having her alumni big sister come home to watch her cheer one more time made the night even more special. ❤️ Of course, she wouldn’t miss this one. Some moments are just too important to not be together.

And as much as my heart was full, there was also an ache that never really goes away. I couldn’t help but think about my mom. I can only hope she was watching from above, smiling as she watched her granddaughter under those same Friday night lights. She was a cheerleader herself, and I wish more than anything she could have been here for this. To see Morgan in her uniform, to watch her cheer, to be in the stands cheering her on, and to share in all the moments that make being a mom and grandma so special. ❤️

There are moments in life when you feel the people you miss the most, and this was one of them. I would give anything for her to be here.

So incredibly proud of you @morgan.miggins and everything this team has accomplished. Twelve-time state champs, nationally ranked, and a season filled with memories that will last long after the final whistle.

Senior Night was a reminder of just how quickly these years fly by. I wish I could slow it all down, hold on a little tighter, and keep her under those Friday night lights just a little longer.

My girl, my heart, and a chapter I’m not ready to close. 🥹💙🖤

💙🖤 SENIOR NIGHT 🖤💙

Three incredible athletes, three beautiful souls, and so many memories I will forever cherish. 🥹

Morgan, Ruby, and Anastazia — coaching you has been such a gift. Each of you brings something so special to this team, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to coach you, watch you grow, and be a small part of your journey. Your talent, dedication, hard work, and the young women you have become make me so proud.

Senior Night is a reminder that while the seasons may come to an end, the memories, lessons, and relationships will last a lifetime. You will always hold a special place in my heart, and I am so thankful that I get to call you my athletes. 💙

Thank you for the memories, the laughs, the hard work, and the heart you have poured into Lake Norman Cheer. I’m not ready to say goodbye just yet! 🥹

Thankfully I have more time with you as we enter competition season. Football season might be coming to an end but watching you take the mat with your teammates and helping make your dreams/goals come true is my favorite.

Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat. 🐾💙🖤

SENIOR WEEK for my girl 💙🖤🥹📣

I can’t believe we’re here! This Friday night is SENIOR NIGHT, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that Morgan is a senior and has just one more scheduled home football game as a varsity cheerleader.

With only three seniors on the team this year, we wanted to make this season extra special, so we did a professional senior photo shoot with @lknimages !

From the sunset by the lake to her senior jeans (yes, the ones I made for her!), her uniform, and that varsity jacket that’s almost out of room for patches because this team keeps winning. 😂

Twelve-time state champions with @thelakecheer . Nationally ranked. Four years of varsity cheer, countless Friday nights, friendships, hard work, and memories that will last long after this season ends.

These pictures capture such a special chapter in her life, and I know I’ll look back on them for years to come.

@morgan.miggins , I am so proud of you and the young woman you’re becoming. I wish I could slow time down just a little, but for now, I’m going to soak up every second of this week.

ONE MORE FRIDAY NIGHT UNDER THE LIGHTS.

Senior night is almost here! 🥹
