A looming, historic nor’easter was never going to stop Morgan & Eli’s wedding in the Cape. Two phrases that stuck with me through the weekend, and I’m possibly paraphrasing, were Eli telling Morgan “I’d marry you in the mud” and Morgan screaming “this is the best night of my life” from the dance floor. It was never about picture perfect weather, but about the two of them celebrating with friends and family who had flown in from across the country.

The weekend was also a masterclass in grieving, paying tribute to lost loved ones, and giving yourself the space to honor your emotions. A fair amount of wedding traditions are built on an assumption that all parents are present, and while Morgan’s father may not be here in body, his presence was undeniable. Against all odds and the certainty of every weather model, the sky opened up just in time for Morgan and Eli to have their outdoor ceremony—a gift from nature and Morgan’s dad.

It was truly such a lovely weekend to document. Thank you for having me ❤️

What an amazing week up in Boston, Salem, and Cape Cod. This part of the world has shot up my lists of favorite places to maybe even number one, time will tell, don’t want to be a prisoner of the moment. Had fun exploring Boston and Salem but was even more excited to go to the Cape and celebrate my sister getting married! Started off the celebration by going to Eli’s bachelor party which included experiencing Fenway for the first time and experiencing in style on the green monster. Then I got to see my little sister marry her best friend! This was a week I will not soon forget. Congrats Morgan and Eli! Can’t wait to see you all start this next chapter of your life together! I also have to shoutout my in laws for coming with because we would not have been able to enjoy it as much as we did without them being there.

it’s a summer selfie world tour. had a lil gay party on the farm, ate my way through Copenhagen with frands, flew to Iceland solo, danced on a volcano, cried in a hot spring, tore my pants at a wedding in Seattle and back to the farm with lots of beauties in bloom!
