🚨Athlete Spotlight🚨
Solid session with @morganbenningfield today, Morgan is currently a senior who plays for Lake Norman high school and CSA and is currently committed to @cofcwsoc.

Incorporating the @thevibexplatform today’s session focused on movement prep, COD, lateral agility, and upper push/lower pull strength.

Ways we use the Vibe-X:
✅during dynamic stretching and movement prep

✅extensive Plyometrics prior to more intensive turf work

✅prime movement patterns before resistance training

To see how the Vibe-X can help improve your performance, come check out @adaptperformancecenter and see for yourself.
