It hit me. 15 years of Saturdays. From 31 Crosby Street to the West Village - from 401 Broadway to @colette and Daikanyama. The ollies, the laughs, the boards, the parties, the sushi, the saké, the magazine, the collections - the brotherhood. Saturdays was a dream that lasted 15 years - I wake up to so many memories. The first that comes to mind took place in Japan in April 2013 as the boys were opening the store in Kobe. I just wanted to be there for that special occasion in a country we all love. @colintunstall and @morgancollett happened to have 2 different versions of the date of the opening, I don’t remember to which one I listened to but I should have listened to the other or just asked @rosen43 instead. As I landed in Kobe for the opening and called the boys to meet up, they seemed surprised I missed the party the night before… I’ll never forget the smiles on their faces when I finally got to the store, Morgan walking towards me with flowers they had been gifted to them as the Japanese tradition requires - we laughed so hard - we hugged and celebrated over the next couple of days.
Saturdays brought us together. What a ride - we’ve had so much fun - you’ve accomplished so much.
I am so proud of you 3 and feel grateful for the 3 brothers @saturdaysnyc added to my life.
Les samedis pour la vie.

I don’t have many pics of myself w the kids bc I’m usually the one taking the pics but here is one a stranger took of us sketching at the National Gallery in DC this past spring. I want to shout out a Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads out there who inspire me to be a better one, and of course to my partner in kids @onemilliongillian without whom I wouldn’t even be a father. In honor of all my dad friends- and families in general- today I’m donating to @warchildusa an amazing organization that helps global orphans that are victims of war. Love to all, always. I also tried to tag everyone but IG only allows 20 so apologies!
