🇬🇧 back to school 🏫
Today the little ones went back to school, they were so excited and couldn’t wait anymore for this day to come! It went amazing. And to celebrate today, I hand embroidered them a t-shirt each! Léo: Spidey, Spin and Ghost Spider & Nia: Miraculous Ladybug! They were so happy and already asked for more T-shirts 👀

🇬🇧 Bookmarks
Decided to try to mix embroidery and sewing as I need to keep practicing using the sewing machine and I’m trying new ways to embroider!
Bookmarks for the little ones were the perfect projects to practice, I really enjoyed making them + now they have two pretty bookmarks made with love ready for the new school year and lots of reading!! 🤭❤️

🇫🇷 Marques Pages

🇬🇧 Flowery headband 🌸🌼
The little one is super excited and absolutely loves it! It’s super pretty and she had it in her hair all day and it didn’t move at all so that’s amazing for school! I will make more with different flowers because she loves it and this is the hairstyle she wears the most for school!
How cute is she!!! 😍

Pattern: the flowers pattern is from @candice_costureras then I freehanded the whole thing.
Yarn: rainbow cotton 8/4 @hobbii_yarn

🇫🇷 Bandeau fleuris! 🌸🌼
—
Pattern: les fleurs c’est un tuto de @candice_costureras et le reste j’ai fais au feeling.

🇬🇧 Book Sleeve - Pocket version/ Kids version

After sewing a book sleeve for myself, the kids loved it so I had to make them their own! It can fit 2/3 pocket books!

I only have this fabric that I think looks great for a book sleeve, so I used two different colour for their zip so they know which one is theirs (I used their favourite colour!) it’s still very far from perfect but I’m getting there! 💪🏻

🎄 Book Tour 🎄 - with @rachelsrandomresources

A Christmas Carol With Grandfather Time by Rose English

📖 Review -
This is a very cute retelling of the classic Christmas Carol story perfect for young children.

With Ebeneezer being a young boy and the help of a cute puppy to show him the error of his way, this is sure to delight little ones.

The illustrations are wonderful. This is a beautiful story to snuggle up with at bedtime.
