Hi friends!! A little personal update from me 🤍

As many of you know, I’m currently pregnant with my first little girl, and she’ll be here before we know it! I’ll be taking maternity leave starting September 1st, which means I’ll be stepping away from linking for a little while.

My last event before baby girl arrives will be next Friday at Adelaide’s Boutique in League City from 12–3 PM, and I would absolutely love to see you there! Come get linked, shop around, and say hi before I head off to soak up all the newborn snuggles.

While I’m out, there won’t be any linking events in the area until I return around the holiday season. If you’re interested in booking an event for when I’m back, I’d be happy to get something on the calendar for you!

I’ll also be taking a little break from messages, so anything sent to the LINK x LOU HOUSTON page or email will be answered once I’m back. If you need help with anything urgent while I’m away, our amazing headquarters team is always happy to help at info@linkxlou.com.

Thank you all so much for supporting me and LINK x LOU — I’m so grateful for this little community and can’t wait to see you all again when I’m back! 🤍

Pregnant or Postpartum? 🤰

Here are a few alternatives to twisted obliques for expecting moms or other contraindications to twisting. If your instructor is cueing twisted obliques, refer to these modifications to support you during your pregnancy journey. Be sure to let your JETSET instructor know before class if you need additional support or modifications!

Every pregnancy is different, so we encourage you to be cleared with your doctor and speak with your instructor before class. 💙

Stay tuned for more modifications! ✨
