Three people making this weekend feel like more than a schedule. Thank you. 🙏

Friday evening readings. Thank you to Morgan and @morganluminary . The first night sets the tone, and you’re making sure it starts with everyone setting good intentions for the weekend ✨

Saturday group discussion. Thank you to Erica Brown and @ocean.waves.counseling . You’re holding the room while everyone finally says out loud what’s been sitting underneath.

And behind the scenes, every vendor and every moving piece runs through you too, so everyone else gets to just be there. 🌊

Thank you to Nayla Cespedes and @1_of_1_arts . No talent required, just your hands and whatever needs to come out. If you’ve spent all year living in your head, an hour of letting your hands lead is its own kind of relief. 🎨

Today is the last day to register for the Stress Zodiac™ Retreat, November 6 to 8.

Registration closes tonight and you can lock our last room here:
cindyransomlmft.com/retreat.

Or find it linked in my bio.

Pure Essential Oils are such a blessing to my life!

From helping us turn my two year old’s 5 month long respiratory distress around overnight, to calming our families’ emotions… they offer such gentle but effective support.

They’ve been used for thousands of years for healing for both humans and animals. I’m grateful to have the purest quality at my fingertips.

I just love connecting with friends to play, learn and find new ways they can support our wellbeing. 😊❤️
