THE YOUNG POC IN NEW YORK CITY AND LOS ANGELES, LAID THE FOUNDATIONAL FRAMEWORK FOR STREETWEAR IN THE LATE 1970S AND 80S.

THEIR STYLE BORN FROM HIP-HOP, GRAFFITI, ROCK, AND SKATE CULTURE HAS SHAPED MODERN FASHION, HEAVILY INFLUENCING GEN-Z’S APPROACH TO EVERYDAY AESTHETICS.

AS A GENERATION WE MUST GIVE CREDIT AND PAY HOMAGE TO THE FOUNDING FATHERS OF STREETWEAR AND THEIR INFLUENCE.

Happy Black History Month ✊🏾🖤

This year marks 100 years of Black History Month and 10 years of Future Black Leaders. A century of honoring Black excellence and a decade of building the next generation of Black leadership.

Since incorporating in 2023, we’ve completed our nonprofit Big Four:

• Officially incorporated in the state of Indiana
• Achieved 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
• Trademarked the name “Future Black Leaders”
• Secured over $500,000 in grants, sponsorships, and donations

From a student led vision to a growing movement, this journey is only getting started.

Honoring the past. Building the present. Creating the future.

Happy Mother’s Day! 🩷🖤

Yesterday, we had the honor of attending the 18th Annual Mother’s Day Brunch hosted by @pink4everinc — a powerful event that celebrated survivors, honored legacies, and serves as a launching pad for the Pink 4 Ever Jr. Ambassadors Program.

Our very own Chief Onboarding Officer Jaden Edmonds served as the MC for the day, helping guide a celebration full of love, resilience, and purpose.

We’re also proud to announce our yearlong partnership with Pink-4-Ever Inc. — because breast cancer awareness and health equity work doesn’t stop in October. We’re committed to uplifting Black voices, health advocacy, and collaborative solutions year-round.

Thank you to Yolanda Brown, Nadia E. Miller, and the entire Pink-4-Ever team for making space for future leaders to learn, serve, and grow.
