Scenes from Design Chicago 2026 ✨

Two seats this year. One on the panel, one in the moderator's chair. Both a genuine privilege.

Nothing sharpens your thinking quite like a room full of people who care about design as much as you do. A few days of big ideas, old friends, and conversations worth continuing long after the lights went down at The MART.

Until next year, Chicago.

Outdoor spaces are becoming true extensions of the home, shaped by how people live, gather, work, and recharge. 🌱

On Wednesday at Design Chicago, Nick Forbes joined Donna Mondi and Elissa Morgante for “The Future of Outdoor Living,” a conversation moderated by J.P. Anderson of Modern Luxury Interiors Chicago and hosted by Brown Jordan. The panel explored how collaboration across landscape, architecture, interiors, and furnishings can create outdoor spaces that are beautiful, functional, and made to last.

Thank you to Brown Jordan, Modern Luxury Interiors Chicago, and everyone who joined the conversation.

Enjoyed many special moments at this years Design Chicago! Lucky to be a part of such an inspirational and forward thinking industry! The rugs, carpets, fabric, furniture may be what bring us to the same places year after year but it is the people that create the memories—and AI can’t do that for us!
