Sharing a little work-in-progress movement experiment and play score at @movementresearch Open Performance (truly... it is very in progress!) this Tuesday, 10/6 at 7 pm. It's free/donation-based! Dancing with the iconic @peteralfredelizalde and @morgenlittlejohn

This WIP will be a small taste of movement in the world of The Enchanted Place, premiering in September 2027. Thank you to @wavehill and @a_free_tea for the Winter Workspace residency and @moulinbelleperigord Self-led in Process residency for the space to research, dream, devise, and grow.

this piece feels like

looking at a photo, or a picture of a photo
telling your biggest secret
telling a lie
the sound of cicadas
trying to remember
looking in a mirror
forgetting the details
a self portrait

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Level One Intensive Training! 🌟

Over the course of the week, dance teachers from around the country came together to explore the NDI Method™ through movement, music, collaboration, and joyful learning.

From building community to discovering new strategies for engaging young people, each day was filled with creativity, reflection, and connection!

We’re so grateful to everyone who shared their energy, curiosity, and passion throughout the training. We can’t wait to see how you’ll bring these experiences into your classrooms and communities 🎉
