Well, gang. Today was my last day full-time with It’s a Southern Thing. 4 years and some odd months ago, I was slinging overpriced jeans and tweeting jokes to 6 people and wondering how the hell to make a career in comedy a reality while still living in Bham.

In the last 4 years I’ve had the privilege and honor of working with some of the most talented and hilarious people in the biz and am so proud of the work we were able to put out into the world. Sketch comedy will always be my first love and I’m so thankful that I got to do that in my backyard (this is literal—we shot a lot of videos at my house). To everyone at It’s a Southern Thing and This is Alabama (past and present!), I love you all dearly and can’t wait to see all the incredible things y’all will continue to do. To anyone who has ever approached me and said you liked our videos, I have badly drawn portraits of every one of you that I give a little kiss each night before bed.

So, what’s next? For now I’ll still be in Birmingham, helping some local businesses with their ~online presence~ and soon very soon I’ll be able to share about some Extremely Exciting Projects on the horizon. Woo! ok love you all bye!🕺🏻🌈 Cornbread Gang 4 Lyfe
