Students on Game Day: September Edition! 🏈 Each month, we’re highlighting Tennessee Sport Management students gaining hands-on experience behind the scenes on game day. For September, we’re featuring three students who were involved throughout an exciting weekend on Rocky Top. 🍊 Emily Terry Emily works with UT Athletics Event Management and served as a liaison between the athletic department and College GameDay. Throughout the week, she worked alongside the College GameDay operations team to help coordinate their time on campus, from the set on the Hill to the transition into Neyland Stadium. 🍊 Moriah McNulty Moriah had the opportunity to volunteer with Octagon, a sports marketing agency, helping set up and operate a College GameDay activation. The experience gave her a behind-the-scenes look at the planning and execution that goes into bringing a major brand activation to life on game day. 🍊 Hailey Whitaker Hailey works with Tennessee Football Recruiting Operations, assisting with the behind-the-scenes execution of recruiting activities on game day and helping create a smooth experience for recruits and their guests visiting Rocky Top. We’re proud to see our students gaining hands-on experience across so many different areas of the sports industry right here on campus!
