DALLAS, I’M RACING FOR HER, FOR YOU, 4 US. 🩷

I thought I was training for a HYROX. 🏋🏽‍♀️
But somewhere between January and now, I realized I was training for something much bigger than myself.

Movement gave me something I wish every woman could feel: POWER.

The power to choose yourself.
The power to keep going.
The power to discover just how strong you already are. ✨

When I step onto that HYROX Dallas floor, I’m not just racing for a time.

I’m racing for HER. I’m racing for YOU. I’m racing 4 US. 🫂

My goal: $5,010 to help impact 400 women and girls. 💐

I can’t do it alone — and I don’t want to.

Say YES with me. 🩷

Donate $5. $10. $20. Share it. Send it to a friend. Every YES matters.

Because imagine what happens when toda una familia chooses to show up for women together.

One woman RACING. 400 women IMPACTED. One strong OHANA.

Dallas, we’re going for something bigger than a patch.

HONEY BUNCH, THIS ONE’S 4 US. 🌺🍯🫂🩷

This is why KNETIC Rx Private Fitness Club was recently ranked #1 in Grand Prairie by @google

It isn’t because of ONE workout, ONE coach, or ONE program.

It’s because we’ve built a community where everyday people feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to become the healthiest version of themselves. Every member AND client matters. Every win is celebrated. Every person belongs.

Thank you for trusting us with your health. We’re honored to be part of your journey and committed to helping our community move better, feel better, and perform better for years to come.

If you told past‑me I’d be waking up early on weekends to run for fun, she would’ve laughed and gone back to bed. But here we are…..When I ran my first 10K in 2022, I didn’t have a cheer squad. No one waiting at the finish line. No one to hype me up when training felt impossible. Then @saraherunstheworld introduced me to @rundmrc and @runitup_dallas — and everything changed. These folks loved on me, lifted me up, and hyped me so hard that I crushed my first half marathon just 15 months after my last chemo treatment. And then came @amptrunning … now I’m an AMPT ambassador and living my best runner‑girl life. if you’re doubting yourself because you don’t “look” like the person who does the thing… let me be your reminder: you absolutely can!!! Keep going. Keep showing up. Your people are out there. 💖 #amptambassador #riucheersquad #noccteamteal

What an incredible honor and privilege it was to speak tonight at the sports banquet for the young athletes, parents, coaches, and teachers of John Quincy Adams Elementary School.

I had the opportunity to speak about the importance of sports and athletics, and how the lessons we learn through sports carry far beyond the field, court, or track and into everyday life. We talked about discipline, perseverance, teamwork, confidence, resilience, and the importance of continuing to believe in yourself even when things feel difficult.

As someone who has completed multiple marathons and races, it was so special to share with these students how athletics helped shape me into the person I am today. Some of life’s greatest lessons come through sports. You learn lesson’s like how to get back up after setbacks, support your teammates, work hard, and never give up on yourself.

A very special thank you to Moriah Shields @speakupspeakout297 for thinking of me and inviting me to speak this evening. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to pour into these incredible young athletes and their families.

And to my good friend @tyreejaquan, thank you for sharing your story tonight as an incredible athlete and human being. It was a true privilege standing alongside you and hearing your words inspire these students athletes.

To the parents and coaches: thank you for the love, encouragement, and sacrifices you make for these children every single day. Your support is helping shape future leaders both in sports and in life.

And to these amazing student athletes. Keep dreaming big, working hard, staying kind, and believing in yourselves. You are capable of incredible things.

Thank you again for allowing me to be part of such a special evening in Pleasant Grove. 🩵🦋🏆🦋🩵

Grateful for the opportunity to speak at two elementary schools for Career Day today. 🙌🏽

I didn’t get the chance to film at the first school because we jumped straight into conversations and questions, but the energy from the students was amazing. Being able to share what I do and show them that there are many different paths to success means a lot to me. ❤️

The future is bright when young minds start thinking big early. 💡

Thank you again to my Mom & Moriah ✨🫶🏽 @speakupspeakout297

Grateful for such a beautiful and meaningful experience today at Kiest Elementary! 💛

A heartfelt thank you to my girl Moriah @moriahfit25 @speakupspeakout297 for thinking of me and giving me the opportunity to speak about my nonprofit work for Career Day. It truly meant so much to be included.

A very special thank you to the incredible school counselor, Ms. Anderson @lacedwithfire_ who is clearly 💯 invested in every single student. You can truly see the care, dedication, and heart you pour into these amazing children.

It was such a privilege to visit seven different classrooms of 5th and 6th grade students. They listened so attentively and asked such thoughtful, intelligent questions. Their curiosity, confidence, and bright minds left me feeling so inspired.

And thank you to Ms. Driskell for the warm welcome into your classroom. I had such a wonderful time connecting with the students and sharing my journey.

Moments like this remind me just how powerful it is to pour into young minds. The future is incredibly bright with leaders like these rising up, and I feel so grateful to have been a small part of their day. ✨

Becoming is simply the act of intentionally pursuing who you’re meant to be.

Thankful for Edwin J. Kiest for allowing me to speak during their Black History Month celebration.
