Beyond PMDD🌺: The Silent Struggles was a moment I never realised I had been longing for — a moment to feel truly seen, heard and supported for something I never asked for and cannot simply switch off.

Womanhood is such a beautiful, complex thing. I’m learning to embrace all that comes with being me, rather than constantly trying to mask how I feel or pretend that I’m okay when I’m not.

The difficult truth is that so many of us have felt dismissed at some point in our lives. Told we’re overreacting. Told it’s “just hormones.” Made to question whether what we’re feeling is valid.

And that is what I hope to change.

Beyond Sanguinity was created to remind women that they don’t have to hide the difficult parts of themselves to deserve support. That there is space for every version of you — the happy, the overwhelmed, the emotional, the strong, the exhausted and everything in between.

To become beyond sanguine when life’s struggles arise.
To be held through the moments we don’t always know how to explain. To feel supported, without having to prove that we deserve it.

Because you deserve to be seen, held and supported — in every version of you 💕 Until next time ladies 💕 #pmddawareness #loveyourself #woman

Beyond PMDD: The Silent Struggles 🌺

I created Beyond PMDD because living with PMDD can feel incredibly isolating. So many women are struggling quietly — feeling misunderstood, dismissed or simply unsure of what’s happening to them.

I wanted to create a space where we can talk openly, learn from experts, move our bodies, connect with other women and, most importantly, feel seen, heard and supported. 🤍

Beyond PMDD is more than an event. It’s the beginning of a community built around understanding, education and reminding women that you are not alone.

This September, we’re bringing that vision to life in London. 🌸

12 September | 1–3PM | Wellness 360, Notting Hill London

Something special is coming…

Beyond PMDD: The Silent Struggles

An afternoon created for women to move, learn, connect and feel understood.

Think Pilates, honest conversations around PMDD & hormones, expert guidance, curated matcha flavours, wellness, community, thoughtful goodies and a room full of women who just get it.

This is about bringing the conversations we often keep quiet into the open — and creating a space where no woman feels like she has to navigate it alone!
