POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

SOLID WRESTLING MORNING SESSION🌡️

When a UFC Fighter @noahgugnon_mma , national and international champions @carlo.qn @bru_amaddeo , undefeated prospect @moritz_posth & high-level grapplers @lucas_no_gi share the same mat, the level speaks for itself.

No egos. No easy rounds. Just hard training and pushing each other forward.

Surrounded by champions, but more importantly, surrounded by great training partners.

This is how we grow at Casa de Luta. ❤️🖤

WHAT A NIGHT FOR CASA DE LUTA! 🥊🔥

Two of our strikers stepped into the cage at Knockout Fight Night—and I couldn’t be prouder of them both!

@felix.slo delivered a strong performance and earned the victory by decision! 🏆

@emil.kas66 accepted his fight on Friday night with almost no time to prepare. He stepped up without hesitation and went through an incredibly tough battle that ended in a draw. That courage and fighting spirit represent everything our team stands for. ⚔️🏆

We are incredibly proud and grateful to have coaches like @lukas.seimetz and @carlo.qn leading our fighters. The work, passion and commitment they put into this team are reflected in every performance.

A huge thank you to all our coaches, training partners and everyone who came to support our fighters. Thank you to @knockout.events for the opportunity—and thank you to every single person who is part of this amazing and strong Casa de Luta family.

The energy, unity and support within this team are something truly special.

With all the incredible results we’ve achieved lately, I honestly couldn’t be happier or prouder.

THIS IS CASA DE LUTA.
ONE TEAM. ONE FAMILY. ❤️🖤

⚽️💜 Only Girls Football Camp 💜⚽️

Es war uns wieder eine riesige Freude! 💜

When we opened Casa de Luta in 2020, it felt like a dream coming true.

What I never expected was how many things would slowly take away that feeling. Running a gym is so much more than the hours spent on the mats. People often see the “dream job” – teaching a few classes and doing what you love. But there are countless hours no one sees: bookkeeping, financial planning, contracts, taxes, insurance, concepts, customer service, social media… and trust me, not everyone you deal with is kind and easy. It’s very easy to get lost in that rhythm.

But last weekend reminded me what this is really all about.

It’s about the people who come and decide to stay. The friendships that are built. Its about @romankapranov1987 beeing proud of me for tying the belts the same way he taught me before my first gi competition in 2012. The members who step up to teach, who invest their time in our kids and teens, who truly value the community that @abelbjj and I have tried to build. The people who want to be part of something bigger than themselves.

It’s about the lives we touch. The confidence we help build. The support, the belonging, and sometimes even the family we create together.

Seeing so many smiles, so many proud moments, and celebrating another belt promotion with all of you reminded me where my focus belongs.

Thank you to everyone who is part of this journey. Especially to my professor @canudobjj and the entire @poundforpoundmunich Team.
Belts matter. But the people wearing them matter so much more. 🩷

Thank you for capturing these moments for us @blackout.visual 🙏🏻📸

🥋Belt Promotion Day at Casa de Luta Saarbrücken🥋

Every belt tells a story.

Today, we celebrate the dedication, discipline, resilience, and countless hours on the mats that brought our athletes to this moment. Belt promotions are not just about rank—they represent growth, perseverance, and the journey of becoming a better version of yourself both on and off the mats.

Congratulations to everyone who earned their next belt or stripe. Your hard work, commitment, and fighting spirit continue to inspire our entire team.

This is not the finish line—it’s another step forward on the endless journey of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Oss! 👊🏻

🥋🎉 Belt Promotion Day! 🎉🥋

A huge congratulations to all of our students who earned new belts yesterday. Your promotion is a reflection of your hard work, consistency, resilience, and commitment to improving both on and off the mats. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you.

You may notice the students running through a line of teammates with belts in hand. This is known as the Gauntlet—a long-standing tradition in some Jiu-Jitsu academies performed during belt promotions. While not practiced everywhere, it is a symbolic and lighthearted way for teammates to celebrate the hard work and dedication that led to this achievement.

The belts may sting for a few seconds, but the memories—and the accomplishment—last much longer. 😄

Congratulations to everyone promoted. Your journey continues, and we’re excited to see where it takes you next. 👏🔥
