What they said “ if we could freeze time, we would definitely want to freeze our time spent in Morocco . Who would have thought that a group of strangers , would end up becoming family where we put each other first , and care for each other like we know each other like we have known them for a long time . We’ve shared laughs and we enjoyed the single moments hours and minutes . . Thank you so much @ittombatravel_ and @ittombatravel Mr Hicham in personal and his team for hosting us in Morocco 🇲🇦 with passion and love 💕 , they allowing us to experience Moroccon hospitality. With @ittombatravel you discover many hidden and worth places . Today with our guests we had visited a place where the Earth connected to the Stars. The last project is his most imposing project. The Stadt des Orion (City of Orion) was built between 1998 and 2003 and is situated in the middle of a huge desert area. It is made up of 7 large towers that form a three-dimensional model of the constellation of Orion. Once again its intention is to connect the earth to the sky and more particularly to the celestial. The constellation of Orion is one of the most mythical constellations in many civilizations. It is notably associated with Osiris among the Egyptians but is also present in Sumerian, Greek (from which it takes its name) or Chinese mythology.
The arrangements of these towers are not insignificant: their dimensions have been calculated in proportion to the size and brightness of the stars. The rectangular towers are built in cob, like its previous desertic works. They are obviously observatory towers allowing to follow the course of the 7 most visible stars of the constellation. As in the two other works, a well is dug there.
The sublime black and white photos were taken by the photographer Ingrid Amslinger, his wife #morocco #maroc #tourism #ittombatravel #ittombatravel #ittombatravel #ittombatravel #voyage #rabat #سفر #المغرب #الاستكشاف #nomadic #voyage #merzouga #rabat #unesco #unescoworldheritage #arfoud #desertedplaces #morocco

As @ittombatravel team we are doing our best to present and introduce the heritage of Morocco . Today Kasbah Ait Benhdou , Kser Ait benhdou , a group of earthen buildings surrounded by high walls , is a traditional pre Saharan Habitat. The houses crowd together writhin the defensive walls , which are reinforced by corner towers , Ait benhdou Kasbah in Ouarzazate province is a striking example of the ancient architecture of southern Amazigh People in Morocco . 🇲🇦, #morocco #ouarzazate #aitbenhaddou #kasbahaitbenhaddou #kasbah #atlas #history #heritage #ittombatravel #ittombatravel #ittombatravel #ittombatravel #explore #voyage #tourism #excursions #discover #tripotocommunity #family
