Huge thank you to everyone who came to our screening of @smk_factory film L’Asilo: Creating Space for Care at @index_space. There are many similarities between our community here at 8-Ball and @l_asilo as well as marked differences and the film + talkback proved incredibly insightful. Shout out to @morrottidesign and @silvialuciaaa for the beautiful zine! Forza Napoli! 🤘💙🩵 Q&A afterwards with 8-Ball Cofounder Lele Saveri, L’Asilo habitant Silvia Lucia Cohn and 8-Ball TV member Nicolas Umpierrez Shoutout @songenapulenyc for the beer 🍻

A massive thank you to everyone for being with us on Sunday and sharing delicious bites. What a perfect summer Sunday in the park! It was also a beautiful reminder of how important it is to have welcoming, supportive spaces for women and non-binary designers to just hang out, connect, and unwind. Feel free to tag or untag yourselves. DM for photos 💜 #womenindesign #summer #idsa #nycdesign #manhattanpicnic #picnic
