This is what happens when you choose yourself—when discipline meets vision, when practice becomes presence.
The body changes. The confidence transforms. But what I captured today? That was power she built from the inside out.
This is her becoming. #maternityphotographerleeds #leedsphotographer #harrogatephotographer #harrogatephotography #leedsphotographer

Rasa wanted to have a session with me to update her portfolio, and I’m honestly in awe of the transformation.
It’s not just about the physical changes—though yes, the dedication to her workouts and healthy habits shows. What strikes me most is the confidence. The way she moves, the way she owns every pose, the connection with the camera. It’s like watching a completely different person.
She didn’t just show up and hope for the best. She put in the work. She practiced. She studied. She committed to becoming the model she envisioned herself to be.
Day and night doesn’t even begin to describe it.
This is what happens when someone decides they’re going to level up and actually follows through. So proud to witness this journey and capture where she is now.
Keep going. You’re just getting started. 🤍#maternityphotographerleeds #leedsphotographer #harrogatephotographer #harrogatephotography #leedsphotographer

Happiness is a choice you make every single day.

Not a feeling that finds you. Not a reward for perfect circumstances. A discipline.

You wake up and choose: gratitude over complaints. Growth over comfort. Peace over chaos. Presence over perfection.

The happiest people aren’t lucky—they’re trained. They’ve built the muscle of choosing their perspective, even when life gets heavy.

Your circumstances don’t determine your joy. Your daily choices do.

Choose wisely.
