Apparently, Instagram in all of its infinite choices won’t allow videos beyond 3 mins to be shown diversely, to new audiences, across the platform so here’s the @ultraeurope recap split down to Instagram approved segments. PLUS some BTS featuring the @ultraangels in the beautiful city of Trogir, Croatia. It was a really superb little hidden gem, with amazing scenery and delicious local donuts.

I am incredibly proud to share this @ultra final recap from @ultraeurope. This project was the most significant endeavor I have undertaken. It was a massive team effort that brought together some of my favorite individuals and creators. Thanks to the exceptionally talented crew assembled for this project, something truly remarkable was created.

This is the most comprehensive recap I have ever compiled. The inspiration behind this recap originated from my admiration for Quentin Tarantino’s movies, such as Desperado, Dusk Till Dawn, and all his “One Upon a Time” films. I must express my gratitude to @robertburgoine and @cg_sofa for their invaluable assistance in bringing my vision to life. Their exceptional work on this edit, @robertburgoine with his usual BANGER @resistance section, @cg_sofa with his VFX, along with the contributions of @petcove_media and @mortufpv in filming and FPV, were instrumental in its success. And of course extra special shout out to the best talent in the world, the stars of the show, who made this opening sequence what it was, the @ultraangels. Good lord you ladies crushed.

For years now, I’ve been slowly working my way up to a longer-form recap. I’ll never forget the day @jacksonsvisuals told me he would always sit down and write out his plans for recaps on the Notes App on his iPhone; ever since then, I’ve written out any and all ideas I’ve had for my recaps worldwide, and man, has that note has grown. I found inspiration for this recap in the amazing edits of @viztron, @jacksonsvisuals, the @finalkidfilms team, @finalkid and so many more. This was my first time directing an opening, and I really enjoyed it. Anyone who knows me knows I spend a lot of time watching films, shows, and anime’s and behind-the-scenes of shows, so being able to be in the director’s seat was really gratifying. I think I’ll do some more in the future. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this labor of love. Repost, share, and comment below. A lot of people’s hard work went into this; I hope it shows.

Summer began with the annual @ultraeurope run with the whole @ultra Fam. This year I had to put together a special recap that would be an homage and call back to an iconic producer whose movies have always entertained me. I won’t say what or whom yet, but here are some stills from the movie that will come out soon.

This was a collaborative project, a team-up of sorts; one of which I’m incredibly proud to have been a part of. It’s also the longest project I’ve put together. So stay tuned, and hopefully you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed putting it together.

Croatia BTS Dump ✌🏻 After a week of editing together in Croatia with @finalkid @georges_lg @nicky_pajkic @viztron, we went to Split to shoot Ultra Europe. 2 weeks full of great work, soccer games, padel, cevapi and good vibes! Grateful to be part of the @finalkidfilms crew last week at @ultraeurope. 🙌🏼

We kicked off the week on the water, shooting a special intro sequence using three different boats. 🌊

During the three-day event, I teamed up with my buddy @loekbarendrecht. I assisted him all weekend, so we could quickly switch between prime lenses and hot-swap batteries without missing a moment of the incredible artists performing.

As a little side quest, I also decided to capture BTS photos of the crew throughout the week. 📷

Filming festivals has always been a special part of my journey. 🙏

When I started out, Final Kid was one of those companies I really looked up to. They helped shape what a modern festival aftermovie could look like and set the bar for creativity in this industry.

Last weekend, I got to film Ultra Europe as part of Team Final Kid.

I captured Hardwell playing Iris (yes, Goo Goo Dolls’) in the pouring rain, BUNT. playing Trippin, and fireworks… lots of fireworks. 🔥

Thanks Charly, for the trust. And thanks to the entire (ridiculously talented) team, for making this weekend even better.

Can’t wait to see the final cut! 🚀🙌

Some festivals end with fireworks.
We ended ours with Simon Pegg casually turning Varaždin into a Shaun of the Dead scene. 🧟‍♂️🎬

Couldn’t have asked for a better finale to ISFMF 2026.
Beyond being one of the great names of contemporary film, Simon brought something even more valuable to Varaždin — warmth, humour, kindness and genuine connection with everyone around him. ✨

Žao mi je da nisi tu… Tih 10 dana je za nas trenutak u godini kada se svi skupimo kao ekipa i zajedno stvaramo. Prošle godine nas je bilo 12 u video timu, ove godine, kao i svake iduće, planiramo napraviti korak dalje. Ovaj video je početak nove priče špancira, kad se fokusiramo na emocije, trebalo mi je dugo vremena da shvatim da su najbitniji performeri djeca, bakice, roditelji s klincima, gosti u našem gradu. Ovaj video je stavio veliki fokus na te male istinske trenutke koje dijelimo. FOMO za one koji nisu bili. veliko hvala @megi.bermanec na pomoći oko naracije i svima Vama koji ste sudjelovali u ovoj prekrasnoj priči 🫶
