New York Institute of Dance & Education’s 35th Anniversary McLeod Technique Global Tour Belgium! President & CEO Sean McLeod, Vice President Devon McLeod, and National Director Kierstyn Zaykoski are enjoying their time at @mosaballetschool in Liège, Belgium! The MOSA Autumn Intensive, led by Head of Faculty Wilfried Jacobs @wiljac2109 , is an exciting time to expose dancers to globally accomplished teaching. In addition to the wonderful Luce Bron @lucebron , McLeod Technique and its Emotional Development foundation has been curated for dancers by NYIDE European Liaison and MOSA Contemporary Dance Faculty Gregory Livingston @gregory_livingston_dance . We are loving the experience and sharing with outstanding dance and music personalities such as Ime Essien-Hassle, Jason Sabrou @jasonsabrou , Severine de Cussac @de_cussac_massimelli , and Kiymet Berrak. “Dance is a bridge from here to there, don’t be afraid to walk it.” Above all, there is joy!

Three days.
So many people who made this happen.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who was part of VITAMIN A ’26.

To every dancer who showed up with energy, focus, curiosity and commitment — thank you.

To Marina Antonova Albouy and Vitaly Fadeev, for sharing their knowledge, experience and perspective so generously.

To the BROTO TEAM, Eleonora Guadagni, our partners and everyone working behind the scenes — thank you for making these days possible and for providing further training opportunities.

And to CDVS, for welcoming us to Paredes and giving VITAMIN A a place to grow.

Three days of classical dance, repertoire, specialised training, private sessions, photography, conversations and new connections.

We’re grateful for every person who helped make this edition what it was.

Until next time.
Stay tuned for November news.

Three days. A lot of work. A lot to take with you.

VITAMIN A comes to a close after three days of classical dance, repertoire, specialised training and exchange with Marina Antonova Albouy, Vitaly Fadeev and the BROTO TEAM.

Thank you to every dancer who brought their focus, curiosity and commitment into the studios. These days are shaped by the people who show up, the work they put in and what they share with one another.

The training ends here. The work continues.

Day two was in full swing.

The studios were busy, the dancers were working hard, and there was plenty happening across the rooms.

Alongside technique, repertoire and specialised training, today also brought the private sessions — creating space for more individual, focused work with our guest artists.

More time to work on the things that matter to each dancer.

And then, a little change of pace: photography sessions, new poses, lots of laughs and plenty of personality in front of the camera.

One more day to go.

Day one is done. And we’re just getting started.

The first day of VITAMIN A brought young dancers together in Paredes for classical dance training, repertoire and new perspectives on the work.

With Marina Antonova Albouy, Vitaly Fadeev and the BROTO TEAM, the studios are already full of movement, focus and questions worth exploring.

One day down. Two more to go.
