The R&B tour Floor VIP, surprise guest stars, and an unforgettable night with my cousin @mosikcreative ! Chris Brown and Usher lit up the concert, with Snoop Dogg, Robin Thicke, and Tank bringing the crowd to another level. We danced, sang, and even took center stage—this was a night we’ll be talking about for a long time! #viral #chrisbrown #usher #tank #snoopdogg catchmeifyoucan

A prayer I try and pray every show that I work - which may also prove helpful for *your work place too:

“God, thank you for giving me/us creative solutions for every problem that would arise.”

As Believers we don’t just get to help bless the people around us where ever life takes us or “just get the job done” we are connected to the ultimate source of love, joy and creativity and even solving mundane or complex problems in our work environment can be flavored with the essence and fragrance of the Holy Spirit. Leaving us better humans in the process, better lovers of Christ and people full of integrity. Dare I say, people full of deep joy.

It will take a village to help you continue to grow in love and life with God. Whether you have a solid work squad like I do or a village in your neighbors, church, or team.

I don’t always get it right. But I take deep comfort that God sees me, sees you. In the big picture of things and the small details of life. It all matters.

Wherever God has you now - just know - good or bad it won’t last forever. So make the most of it now.

Love you. x

POV: you blink and you’re backstage at the Grammys again ✨

Spent the week surrounded by next-level talent, beautiful chaos, and a team that makes the long hours feel like a dream. So many moving parts, so much heart behind the scenes, and somehow it all turns into pure magic on stage.

Grateful to do work that still gives me butterflies 💫

backstage revelation:

movement has always been a big part of my life. especially at work. and I tend to find other athletes or movement folks who are creative and silly enough to indulge me.

this year’s Grammys was special for my team.
my prayer in this season is that I can continue to be present and allow myself to partake in deep joy and silliness amidst the grief that this current season of life has me in.

if you’ve been tracking with me on patreon, you know the current backstory...

all to say, I’m grateful for each soft and silly moment.
my prayer is that we would see how God is with us even in the silly moments of life as well as the deep pain of life.

I think I want to start a 30-day poetry & prayer challenge this month for myself and to celebrate you, in whatever season you may be in.

each day of my little challenge, I endeavor to pray for each new follower here via video/audio on my instagram and thennnnn - from my current followers, I’ll randomly pick a person to write/speak a poem & prayer about. just because...

I have no idea how this is going to go...

I’m literally making this up at 1:43AM after finishing my Grammys night.

starting tomorrow (well actually today..)...tell your friends...and let’s see if I can make it to the end of this 30 day challenge.

Let’s go.

rest well. x
