This is the business lesson every entrepreneur needs to hear. I sat down with the Shopify Masters podcast to break down how MiJa Books turned school book fairs into a scalable business. Here's the $5,000 insight: If your average book fair brings in $5K gross revenue, you can afford to spend more to acquire that school. But if your unit economics are off — like spending $100 to convert a $30 sale — you're underwater before you even start. Hard work doesn't fix bad math. Most people grind on the wrong numbers, then wonder why the business is stuck. Find the channel that's actually profitable, pour everything into it, and turn every customer into a repeat buyer. #ReedLaw #MiJaBooks #ShopifyMasters #BookFairs #Entrepreneur #BusinessGrowth #UnitEconomics #SmallBusiness 💬 DM us "Eval" for a free case evaluation.

“NO RISK, NO REWARD.” Man… this one means a lot to me. Two incredible days of creating, problem solving, laughing, adjusting, and watching everybody bring their piece to the table. And honestly, I had FUN doing this one. @lovelogiq thank you for trusting me with your vision and giving me the freedom to help bring it to life. That trust between artist and director is something I don’t take lightly, and I’m grateful to have been a part of telling this story. And to every person who showed up and helped make this possible, thank you. This piece is what it is because of the people who poured into it. I’m grateful to keep creating and keep finding new ways to use everything God put in me. 🧱
