Chegaram as queridinhas da Drumline Brazil: PROMARK Mike McIntosh!

Duas versões do mesmo modelo lendário do Blue Devils / DCI:

🤍 WHITE: A clássica.

Good Friday afternoon (once again) to celebrate Wheels up” #19!

After a great trip over to So Cal for regional #3 of 3 for @wgipercussion , I had the opportunity to spend some much needed time with my family in Palm Springs. So much fun to catch up, re-tell stories and laugh nonstop. So incredibly grateful for these memories throughout my life.

Looking forward to serving the students and directors throughout Colorado in the @rmpa.info circuit tomorrow!

Wishing everyone a fantastic weekend!

From the man himself 🙌🔥

Grab a pair of flips and see what the hype is all about. A tenor stick designed from back to front, for quad drummers needing more tonal options than ever before in one pair of sticks.

I have this lick I picked up from my longtime pal Jeff Queen that we think Mike MacIntosh and Pete Sapadin wrote back in ‘90 on the Blue Devils ‘Tommy’ line. I remember hacking it in the lot with them and revisiting it decades later with Jeff backstage with slow drumset hands 🫡
.
I play it sometimes to see if my hands are ready for action, and today I decided to film something and just kinda stuck it on right after an opening statement while I was coming up with ideas, so I added two more of me for fun and even tossed in a Hi Mom (that’s the official name of the little stick flippy boi for all you non-dorks). They were NOT “ready for action”
but good enough for a few passes for a little posty post.
.
It’s incredibly messy and the heights are shit, but it was a really fun little 20 minutes throwing it together to appease the non-salad robot overlords for this NYE.
.
Be safe out there. Ima be on the couch with my squad

Looking back on 2025. Aged Out with @atlantaquest, felt lost for a long time after aging out trying to figure out what’s next for me since drumming was my life the last 6 years. Got gifted a drum from @mostmacka which im currently cleaning and polishing up to make it look great. Got a couple of autographs from celebrities, I got close with people i care for a best friend, @mandopercussion and continue to use the opportunities presented to shape my life. Still dealing with a heavy amount of stress, but grateful to have mentors that I’m close with even after aging out that have given me purpose on how to deal with the stress. I still feel deep down there’s a purpose somewhere for me besides finishing my degree, still trying to find it deep down inside me. Until then, I’m hoping for a much smoother year next year. Continuing to chase whatever’s out there in the world.
