✨ Hello June ✨

As we step into June and the second half of the year… perhaps don’t focus on what hasn’t happened yet 🎬

Focus on the next choice…
The next walk.
The next workout.
The next meal.
The next early night.
Because the habits that seem insignificant today are often the ones that change your life tomorrow.

Something weird about goal-setting: The more specific you get, the easier it becomes. “Get healthier” is paralyzing. “Walk 20 minutes before 8am” is actionable. Vague goals create anxiety. Specific actions create momentum. Turn every goal into a calendar event and watch what happens 🌱

Keep showing up. Keep trusting the process 💪
