A full day of shooting guns and hanging out with great people. Huge shoutout to my boy @btess487 for always taking great care of us and @gogirl48 for capturing some great moments and spending the day with us! You’re ROLE isn’t your worth.
Your IMPACT is. 🛶

The first clip is in slow motion.
Not because the workout was slow...
Because I wanted you to see the moment that most people miss. The shaking. The heavy breathing.
The doubt. The split second where your mind starts negotiating with you.

“Maybe this is enough.”
“Maybe I can’t.”
“Maybe I should stop.”

That moment is why I coach the way I do.
I’m not a traditional mental performance coach and mentor. Some days we sit on the floor with a journal and unpack the thoughts you’ve been carrying for years. Some days I ask the questions you’ve been avoiding because the answers are uncomfortable.
And some days...
We don’t say much at all. We work.
Because I need to meet the version of you that shows up when it’s hard. The version no one else gets to see.
The one that only appears when your legs are burning, your lungs are screaming, and your mind is begging you to quit.

That’s where character lives.
That’s where confidence is built.
Not by saying, “I believe in myself.”
But by proving to yourself over and over again that you had more. Today, Bristol found more. She’s an incredible soccer player, but what impressed me wasn’t her athletic ability. It is her willingness to stay in the fight when everything inside her wanted relief.
At such a young age, she’s learning a lesson that some people never learn:

Your mind will almost always tell you you’re done before your body actually is.And if you can learn to answer that voice with...
One more rep.
One more breath.
One more step.
...there is no limit to who you can become.

That is what CoreCoaching is.Not just building better athletes.Building people who refuse to let discomfort decide who they are.

Absolute slay fest in the Northeast Canyons! 🔥

We covered it all topwater, trolling, and the deep drop and it paid off in a big way. Yellowfin, mahi, and an 85” swordfish made for one unforgettable trip.

First, and not last game, to be played on the national stage for these two. First game down 5-0 good guys. Bellingham represented today 1 goal ,1 assist and hard play in the middle for Addi, and 2 goals and an assist from Bristol. 🫡 respect ladies. Michael O’Sullivan gave them the talk before the game and they preformed. Great game played by the whole team LFG #prouddad #hardwork #NEFC #soccerlife @dp_league

No joke when they say” it takes a village”. She has had a lot of help along the way. She still has a long way to go. Shout out @mosullivan74 for putting us onto @bsfutebolacademy for the extra training. If you have a daughter or son looking for those quality extra touches, these are the guys. #hardwork #soccerlife

Grateful for everyone who came out, showed up, competed, laughed, and made our first @barbell_88 Pickleball tournament what it was…. From the games to the sidelines shit talking to the beers & pizza after… it was such a fun time and I am so thankful for you all… None of this would ever be possible without the @barbell_88 community showing up for my wild ideas…. Huge shoutout to @_zachomeara & @ddaraujo_05 for helping me structure this one and @zach__saad & @coach_mike.a.21 for making sure everything went smooth… it takes a village and I am blessed to have a solid group of individuals around me…. #GoodVibesOnly 💪🏼❤️
