Thank you!

Performers! These events would be absolutely nothing without YOU making them what they are! It takes a lot to stand in front of others and be as vulnerable as you were that night. It was beautiful and real and meaningful and so full of connections.

Audience members! If you came along to watch and be supportive - THANK YOU! Every one of the twelve acts felt so welcome and warmly embraced by your claps, and shouts and screams and whistles and smiles and undivided attention.

Our Cool Cat Community got together and sung, read, danced, clapped, laughed, joked, and played the roof off from the building. @davidscafelgc thank you for letting us use your lovely space!

We had an amazing variety of twelve acts ranging from singing all the way to short story reading via comedy, turntaable scratching, acapella and bass playing.

The room was full of welcoming, non-judgmental, accepting energy. I honestly can’t express how proud I am of everyone.

This was our biggest event to date, with the highest attending numbers too!

Massive thank you to @letchworthgardenshed for hooking us up with the equipment to make it possible (at an incredibly short notice as well! Sorry!!!)

Do you want this to happen again? Let us know! (We do!)

((PS. This was a big dream come true personally for me. I always dreamt of a) performing and b) putting on an open mic event for my community and i couldnt be more proud of what we are creating together in Letchworth!))

lots of love, let’s get that bread

Live music from various miscreants, deviants and scallywags will be on display, food and drink will be in plentiful supply, and general mirth and stupidity shall be the order of proceedings.
All welcome, expect nonsense, mind-expansion and possible irreversible funk-face.
