I’m fresh back from the most perfect girls weekend in Copenhagen. Here’s everything my friends and I did that I loved and would absolutely recommend if you’re planning a trip to Copenhagen, too.

(A big thanks to everyone who gave me recommendations- you were a huge help!)

Let the Copenhagen eats begin!!! I’m very behind as I’ve been here since August but better late than never. This has been my best meal since being in Copenhagen by far. @motherpizzacph was great vibes overall and I had such a great waiter. It was the first meal I really had great hospitality (shoutout @ushgnyc for making me always notice good vs. bad service and hospitality). @robinglicker has become my foodie side kick this semester and you’ll notice we tend to split just about everything. We split the prosciutto pizza, sourdough bread, and burrata. For drinks I got the limoncello spritz and she got an Aperol spritz. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great. Highly recommend trying Mother!!!

Mother knows best!

Couldn't have a trip without getting one pizza in. I had heard that the meat packing district was home to one of Copenhagen's finest pizza stops at @mothercph so I hopped on my little hire bike and pedalled down there.

They take a real pride in the authenticity of their ingredients, and a few bites of their Nduja pizza, as well as the flavour of the olive oil really highlights that they have gone the extra mile here.

The place was pretty full after 1pm, clearly a popular spot with the locals and worth booking ahead if possible.

It was my last meal in Copenhagen, but would be great for a lunch date, a birthday, or just a Thursday.
