POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Jasmin Lesniak is the founder of Motherground; she has a background in health and wellbeing as well as expertise in running women’s retreats and special events. She is a qualified Counsellor with a strong interest in holistic health and wellbeing.

“I was needing some time out; somewhere to go for a couple of days where I could re-ground and center myself, most importantly somewhere I could go with my new baby. Nothing existed. So I decided to create it.

Every aspect of a Motherground Retreat has been gently and thoughtfully designed with new mum’s wants and needs in mind. Motherground retreats are something that every mother should be able to experience and enjoy”.

Jasmin’s hope for all new mums is that they can allow themselves the gift of time and space to relax, re-connect and find their balance so they can tune in to their innate wisdom and strength of their Motherground.

In 24 hours it will be too late! You don’t want to miss out! It’s not too late to be part of this online class or to receive the recording if you can’t make it Thursday 8pm Melbourne time, Australia. If you can’t make it, register and pay the $25.00 AUD now so you will receive my email with the recording and notes! I’ll be explaining the approach so you understand why it works and then we’re going to play with it! It’s such a satisfying process which you can use wherever you are! It’s the process I wish I had known years ago to teach my children growing up. I’m glad I found it now. It’s the process that helps my clients and one I use every day, every week in some form. The beautiful thing is you can make it be as short or as long as suits you! The benefit of being with me live is you can ask questions as we unpack the process whilst we work with some of the women’s specific feelings or beliefs which trip them up! I’m so excited! It’s going to be soooo good!

This first week back of early mornings, school routine and dancing has knocked me for 6!
I think the time change thrown in there doesn't help either.
Is anyone else struggling?

"The problem with our world is that we draw the CIRCLE of family too small."
- Mother Teresa
.
.
The challenges of being a Mum are utterley enormous. Supporting eachother is no longer an option but a responsibility and begs the question at times.... 'R U OK? Those days when you feel anxious, afraid, lonely or resentful (YES, we all have them), you have forgotton that you are part of the CIRCLE. Connection is that process of knowing our importance to the WHOLE. Not only with your child, but with yourself and the entire world. And this means celebrating our wins together too, not just our struggles. So I'm delighted to be offering the Motherhood 'Time In' the CIRCLE @greenfieldsalbertpark next month with the lovely Jasmin from @motherground 💙. Ticket info is online. Come and jump in ☺️ #yogamum #mamasincircle #womenscircle #connection #intentioncircle #feminineenergy #RUOK
