Due to global supply and shipping challenges beyond our control, our team had to make the difficult decision to cancel Big Jam. Our priority has always been to deliver the ultimate Easter weekend experience, and we could not move forward knowing these challenges would compromise the quality of the event. That said… the vibes don’t stop here! 🔥 Patrons can still turn up with Lil Kerry aboard Rum Boat, and trust us, it’s going to be a movie ‼️‼️ ➡️ Refund Information: • Tickets purchased through a committee member — please contact them directly for your refund • Credit card purchases — refunds will be processed within 7 business days (depending on your bank) • Box office purchases — return to your point of purchase with your ticket • Weekend pass holders — partial refunds will be issued We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support! 💛 Big Jam will be back in 2027…bigger and BETTER! Until then, we can’t wait to see you enjoying the rest of Vibe Weeknd with us. Rum Boat + High Noon is about to be unforgettable 🤩 🎉
