Healthy desserts in Canggu are having a moment — lighter, fresher, and made to satisfy without the heaviness. From smoothie bowls to refined plant-based sweets, this is where indulgence meets balance.

Je vous partage enfin mon sondage ! 👀✍️

New Blender Experiment — Rain Simulation

I’ve been exploring new techniques in Blender lately, and this time I wanted to focus on atmosphere — literally.

I worked on a rain simulation using particle systems, an emitter setup, collision interactions on the ground, and a bit of sound design to bring the whole scene to life.
A simple exercise on paper… but a great way to push realism, timing, and mood.

If you’re into 3D, motion design, or just curious about how these small experiments help me grow as a freelance 2D/3D motion designer, feel free to check out more of my work:

Spend the day in Bali with me.

I walked to @thewronggym it’s a vibe I paid for a day pass and went back at the end of the day to sauna and chill for my recovery.

Drank a @mitchells.nz Greens on my way for extra goodness and hydration.
One of my fave cafes @motion_cafe delicious and you can make your own meal of the menu isn’t doing it for you.

Shorts are @cliquefitness divine, love them they don’t move.

Your perfect day in Canggu starts here 🌴

☀️Wake up at Amore or Mayana Villas, where mornings begin with the sound of birds, soft sunlight, and your private pool waiting for that first swim. 💦

🍳 Enjoy a floating breakfast or a lazy brunch at Motion Café — the kind that makes you fall in love with slow mornings again.

🏄‍♀️ Then grab your board and head to Batu Bolong Beach for a surf session or a stroll by the waves.

🧘‍♀️ Midday calls for some zen — take a yoga class or stop by a boutique spa to recharge your energy.

As the afternoon sun softens, return to your villa for an in-house massage — because relaxation in Bali is a lifestyle, not a luxury. 💆‍♀️

When the sky turns golden, it’s time for cocktails at Morabito Art Villa, followed by dinner under the stars at Long Time. 🍹✨

And if you’re not ready for the night to end (because in Canggu it never does), stop by Atlas for a drink and Black Sand Brewery to dance until sunrise. 🌅🎶

Then, barefoot and happy, return to your villa — your own private sanctuary to end a perfect day in paradise. 🌙🌺

✨ Amore Villas: 4 identical 4-bed villas (32 guests total)
✨ Mayana Villas: 3 tropical 3-bed villas (9 bedrooms, up to 17 guests)

Every day in Canggu is unforgettable — but this one? It’s pure magic. 💫

Spoiler: FED > ‘perfect’ every single time 🫶🏻

Eating on the go isn’t always easy… the options aren’t always perfect (or as clean as we’d make at home).

But here’s the thing I had to learn the hard way → skipping meals or waiting for the “ideal” choice only tanks your blood sugar + spikes cortisol.

Not worth it 🙅🏼‍♀️

After YEARS of being SO strict with myself, I now live by FED is best when I’m out and about 🫶🏻

… and as a total foodie, you know I’ll always find something tasty wherever I am!! (+ sometimes a little treatttt that dances outside of my usual box 🙃💃🏼)

So here are some of my real-life go-to orders when I’m out + about 🥗☕🍳 — take what inspires you and make it your own.

📌 Save this for the next time you’re stuck on the go!

PS. want a post on how I eat when I’m at home + can be perfect? 😉 Comment ‘home’ below 🏡

If you’re new to me 👋🏼 … *most of the time* I avoid:

❌ gluten, dairy, seed oils, refined sugars, processed foods, alcohol + fillers/gums etc. (I also have a sliding hiatus hernia that doesn’t like garlic + onion!)

✅ I try to stick to a wholefoods based, anti inflammatory + protein rich diet that keeps my blood sugar stable, microbiome happy + anxiety at bay! ☺️

These 20 photos are proof that the present moment is always enough. Landed back in Melbourne today after two full weeks traveling Singapore and Bali. Jetting off to Tasmania this week for two keynotes on the theme “gratitude and graciousness” so these memories are right on theme…

Golden sunsets melting into the sea. Laughter that lingers long after the night ends. Tables crowded with food, plates shared & stories told.
Quiet mornings, the hum of scooters, the stillness of the Canguu rice fields. Spas and massages pressing reset on both the body & the mind. Bali was a reminder to live inside the moments, not just pass through them.

Heart is very full - thanks to everyone I got to see and share a drink with this time around, until next time ❤️ #bali #moments #living #bestlife

I meannnnn 🥰

𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲
