I had the honor to host a barre class with @motionbynicci representing @becyclexbeyond at the @oysho_community days in Berlin this last weekend ✨

From my friends flying in from London, to my lovely regulars being front and center and my incredible colleagues at Becycle & Beyond cheering us on, it was a weekend filled with so much love and support from the wonderful people who made this all happen 🫶

Thank you Nicci, Becycle & Beyond and @oysho for trusting me🥹💕 and thank you to each and every one of you who’ve been supporting me since day 1 🥹

Why do we spend 45 minutes sweating next to each other just to leave as strangers? 😭

We love workout classes, but at Offline Girls, the workout is only part of it. We want you to stay, talk, connect and actually get to know the women you just shared the room with.

That’s exactly what we did at Find Your Power with @motionbynicci & @hotaurastudio
We moved together, then sat down for an honest conversation about confidence, taking up space and owning your voice. 🤍

Because sometimes the easiest way to make a new friend is simply having a reason to stay a little longer.
