What you do right now matters.

Every rep. Every session. Every day you choose to put the work in.

You might not see the results immediately, but the work you’re doing today is preparing you for the moment your opportunity comes.

We’re not just training for today.

We’re building the person you’ll need to be tomorrow.

Make that work count.

Some days feel ordinary until you realize what they meant.

Three friends. One day. No explanation for what comes after.

“sTRAct-aB” is @quincydolton’s latest single about time, friendship, memory — or maybe something else entirely.

What a day! 🎬✨ I had SO much fun recording with People Watching Music Group (@pwmgmusic) and their new artist @quincydolton for his upcoming cinematic music short 🎶

Shooting hoops at Osprey Park, cruising around, eating, and laughing all day. It didn’t feel like work at all 😂🏀

Huge thank you to Quincy for having me, Jai Guess for producing, Sherwood Brown for the nonstop jokes, and Nestah King behind the camera 🙌

Video coming soon! 👀🔥

Skill development isn’t just about learning moves. It’s about learning when and why to use them. 🏀🧠

We started this one at 6:45 AM, but the goal wasn’t just to get a bunch of reps in.

I gave little bro a scenario: you just grabbed a defensive rebound—now take it coast to coast and make a play.

No live defender. So now you have to use your imagination.
See the defender. Anticipate the help. Create the space. Make the read.

Then we took those same moves into the half court and turned them into finishes and pull-ups.

Sometimes we can recreate the game with live defenders. Sometimes we can’t.
That’s when your imagination becomes part of your development.

Don’t just practice moves. Practice seeing the game.

Everybody says they’re hungry. But eventually, hunger has to show up in your actions. 🏀

Getting up and putting in work before school isn’t the only thing it takes to become a successful basketball player, but it’s a building block.

We’re developing the skills: ball handling in space and traffic, creativity off the dribble, shot creation, and learning how to set defenders up.

But we’re also developing the habits behind those skills.

Commitment. Discipline. Coachability. Consistency.

Because talent can open doors, but who you become while developing that talent matters too.

If your athlete is hungry to improve, come work with us.

Upper- body plyometrics aren’t just about pushing.

I use explosive throws and push-ups to develop force production…

Then explosive rows to train that same power while pulling.

3 movements. Push and pull explosiveness.

Check out my full upper-body circuit to see where these fit.

You don’t have to be the best player in the gym. You just have to be willing to become better.

This is an environment where athletes can compete, learn, be challenged, and consistently put in the work necessary to take their game to another level.

No shortcuts.
No magic formula.
Just quality reps, and a commitment to getting better.

Your next level isn’t going to come find you.
You have to go get it.
