The Percy Sutton aka Harlem 5K is one of my favorite races because it’s the one where we represent crazy. Ran with @tauomegaakas to support their charity, got to see a friends and fellow runners. Best of all, I ran all of the hills and finished under what I usually run here. The road to NYC is shaping up nicely. #MessRunsNYC #MarathonMess #WeOutside

My Boo isn’t on social media, but y’all still needed to see how ahhhhhhmazing 50 looks. 😍

Chef’s kiss. 💋

My right hand stayed occupied. 🍸
The conversations fed my soul. And seeing so many familiar faces in one room? Whew…it felt like old times in the very best way.

Life is good. Happy 50th, Tara. 🖤✨

Cannes Lions 2026 was great to me.
Great Meetings
Great Gigs
Great Reunions
Great “don’t we know each other”

Each trip to Cannes leaves me with more than memories. It brings reunions with people who’ve helped shaped my career, new relationships that inspire what’s ahead, and the quiet reminder that some of life’s biggest opportunities are found simply by showing up.

Don’t be afraid to step beyond what’s familiar. The world has a way of rewarding those willing to explore it.

Qui voyage verra. Ainsi va la vie. 🇫🇷🤍
