TMJ: temporomandibular joint dysfunction

Typically associated with pain in the jaw, ear, headaches, limited ROM, and even clicking.

There are many causes for this but there are also significant amount of solutions. Depending on the severity, things such as night guards, PT, massage therapy, and acupuncture can be very helpful.

I myself have been working heavily with TMJ clients and have been able to help them avoid more invasive procedures.
If you know someone who needs help with TMJ let them know we can help!

Quick little tip for anyone feeling slight discomfort or tightness in their lower back/upper glute area. As long as you don’t have a true injury and are simply looking to gain some relief this can be extremely helpful. Always make sure to get a professional opinion if you are feeling any insidious or more serious pain.
