The light may be changing, the water isn’t slowing down.

Day trips, SUP Yoga, and the last One Way Ride the Tide of the season, all this September.

Which one’s calling you?

SEPTEMBER DAY TRIPS

• Sat 12 Sept — Sonning to Marlow
• Sun 20 Sept — Marlow to Windsor
• Sat 26 Sept — Windsor to Shepperton

Our guided day trips take you along some of the most beautiful and unspoiled stretches of river. Six to seven hours of paddling, through open countryside, ancient water meadows, and river banks that feel a world away from London.

There are pit stops, moments to take in the landscape, and plenty of photo opportunities. Every route is different. Every day on the river reveals something new.

A full day on the water with people who love being there.

ONE WAY RIDE THE TIDE

Sun 27 Sept 4:30pm

We’ll be closing out the season on the outgoing tide. Let the tide carry you the whole way.

We set off from Richmond Riverside on the out going tide and ride the 13 km’s to Putney, passing through Richmond Lock, Isleworth, Mortlake, Kew, Chiswick, Barnes, Hammersmith and Fulham.

Assisted by the tidal flow, we will usualy arrive in Putney within 1.5 and 2.5 hours.

Shorter days. Same River.

Take advantage while you can.

When it’s over, it’s over until April 20

Had a lovely time meeting friends out last Saturday. Was good to catch up with everyone! Caught the rugby. Pity about the result last week but not its 1-1 as today was much better for the Springboks!

We spend so much of the week indoors, heads down, screens up. This weekend, the Thames is offering something different: open air, moving water, and a chance to actually be present. 🌿

There’s real science behind why being near water settles us… slower breathing, lower stress, a quieter mind. But you don’t need the research to feel it. You just need to get out there.

Sunrise tides, gentle intro paddles, or a float-and-flow yoga session, pick the pace that fits the headspace you’re in. Board hire & family sessions by appointment. 🌅

The Schedule:

Friday

10am Intro to SUP/ Recreational (2.5 Hours)

Find your rhythm.

The one-way Ride The Tide is paddleboarding the way the Thames intended. A long, rhythmic stretch of river paddled on a strong outgoing tide. Launching at Richmond Upon Thames and finishing at The Clubhouse on Putney Embankment.

In between, you Ride The Tide for the full length of West London. 13 kilometres. 1.5 to 2 hours. One large outflowing tide doing what tidal rivers do.

It is paddling at its most alive. Every stroke counts double. The riverbanks move past at the speed of the river itself.

The next one is this Sunday — 17 May, 5pm.

From Richmond Upon Thames. A small group. A long stretch of river. One Thames doing exactly what it does best.

There is no version of this weekend where staying indoors makes sense.

The forecasters have been wrong all week. Every morning and evening has been better than promised.

The longer days are here, the river is at its kindest, and the weather is better than they’re letting on.

Go and meet it.

There is a specific kind of magic that happens when the sun hits the water. It’s more than just a tan—it’s the cortisol dropping, the breath deepening, and that feeling of finally being back in your element. 🧘‍♂️✨

This weekend, we’re trading the city noise for the rhythmic pull of the tide. Whether you’re finding your balance for the first time or chasing the ultimate golden hour in our Sunset Session, there is a space on the water with your name on it.
Sun on your skin, paddle in hand, living well. ☀️🌊

Spring is here. The Thames is flowing.

There’s a particular quality to the River in April, the light is softer, the mornings are longer, and the water feels like it’s been waiting. This is what paddleboarding on the Thames in Richmond looks like right now.

Come and feel it.

We’re on the River Thames in Richmond Upon Thames for the summer, with sessions for all abilities, Introduction to Stand Up Paddling to Ride the Tide, from Dawn until Sunset. 5am

Club and SUP Yoga coming in May…

See you on the River.

The math isn’t mathing. 15°C on a Bank Holiday Monday but 23°C the second the emails start flying? We’ve seen enough. 🙅‍♂️

Wellness is more than just green juice; it’s knowing when to trade the fluorescent lights for some actual UV rays. Use our cheat codes, negotiate that WFH (Work From... Here), and we’ll see you by the river.
