I’m asking for your support. ❤️ On September 27, 2026, I’m taking on Project 226 — The Coach DREH Challenge. 🏊🏾 3.8km Swim 🚴🏾 180km Bike 🏃🏾 42.2km Run Across Osun → Oyo → Ogun → Lagos But this is bigger than a physical challenge. It’s a campaign about mental health, fear, resilience and refusing to give up when life gets difficult. I’ve faced rejection, disappointment, uncertainty and setbacks. But I’m choosing to keep moving. If this message speaks to you, support the journey. Your contribution—no matter how small—can help make Project 226 possible. ❤️ Support Project 226: https://owave.co/c/Ax1DmwR Endurance Has No Visa. 🇳🇬 #Project226 #The226Challenge #EnduranceHasNoVisa #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealthMatters SportsForDevelopment NeverGiveUp CoachDreh

Being firm isn’t about raising your voice; it’s about holding your ground. Quiet confidence speaks louder than a shout. It’s easy to confuse firmness with anger, but true firmness is calm, clear, and steady. Video credit: @motylstudios How do you handle holding boundaries when fatigue sets in? Let’s talk in the comments below! 👇 #DearParents #ParentingTips #IntentionalParenting #GentleParenting #ParentingBoundaries PositiveDiscipline RaisingKids ParentingJourney

In 2024, I wanted to take on an IRONMAN event in California, USA, using the challenge to speak about mental health, suicide and depression. My visa was denied twice. I was also scammed once during the Visa application process. Safe to say… I tried 3 times. But now, in 2026, I’m bringing Project 226 — The 226 Challenge to Nigerian soil: OSUN → OYO → OGUN → LAGOS. 🇳🇬 3.8km Swim. 180km Cycling. 42.2km Run. This event is obviously too big for me to handle alone. In other words, this is bigger than me — Coach DREH. 4 weeks to SEPTEMBER 27TH. Fear. Doubt. Limited finances. Uncertainty. But I believe IT CAN BE the beginning of something bigger. I don’t know exactly what that something is yet. Regardless… E GO ADD UP JUST DO IT. #The226Challenge #Project226 #EnduranceHasNoVisa #MentalHealthAwareness #CoachDreh
