Festival like this is never the work of one hand. It takes many people pulling in the same direction.

The Association for Conservation and Tourism (ACT) and the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) brought the Kanchenjunga Tourism Festival 2026 together, and they were joined by partners, sponsors and supporters who believed in what it could be. Every one of them added something: an idea, a stage, a kitchen, a helping hand.

This year, for the first time, the Aadhya Travel Awards were launched to honour the people who travel and host responsibly. Alongside them, the Kanchenjunga Food Awards 2026 celebrated the kitchens and artisans behind our flavours.

Thank you to ACT, the GTA and every partner who stood with us. We hope this inspires the next generation to take pride in where they come from.
