Still one of my favorite bathrooms from this project. I love the mix of pattern and texture, and how all the different elements came together.

Luxury kitchens are nice. But have you considered whether yours has enough room for a miniature donkey? 🫏😂

Oscar has standards. And frankly, we respect them.

You notice the room. We want you to notice this detail.

That’s me, Carson, walking through a Legrand product inside The Overlook—our Utah Valley Parade of Homes build.

A custom home comes together through decisions at every scale, from the mountain-facing windows to the details you interact with every day.

Here’s a closer look at one of them.

Smarter DZYN. Better Builds.

There's nothing like experiencing a home in person for the first time.

Photos can show you the layout, but walking through the Lumen House is where you feel it: the way the light moves through each room, the materials under your hands, and all the small details that make a custom home feel like yours. We'd love to see you at one of our open houses so you can experience the craftsmanship behind every build for yourself.

What's the first detail you notice when you walk into a home?

What do you dream about? ✨

A place to escape. A place to gather. A place where the little moments become unforgettable memories.

We all dream a little differently. And that’s what makes creating a home around someone’s vision so special.

Welcome to Highland Glenn Manor. A home where imagination became reality.

A dream like this takes an incredible team. ❤️

Coastal cool. Mountain soul.

Warm contemporary design, organic textures, unexpected pops of green, and art that gives every space its own personality. Relaxed by nature, refined by design.

A different take on mountain living. Exactly as it should be.

"I've never seen this good of a home gym."

This is exactly why we love open houses. Hearing people's reactions as they walk through the home and seeing each space from their point of view never gets old. The gym at the Lumen House was a clear favorite, and we're so glad everyone got to experience it in person.

Thank you to everyone who came out!

Traditional doesn’t have to mean dated. 👀

We wanted this home to feel timeless, but still fresh. Classic details, warm materials, and just enough contemporary influence to give it a personality of its own.

That’s what the Hawkstone Signature Collection is all about.

Curated. Not Compromised.
