One of the greatest gifts that’s snowboarding gives is FRIENDSHIP ❤️‍🔥

@missysimonsays is a true homie. She’s been a part of my life @mountbohemia since my very first trip to the Keweenaw. Shredder, big sister, camp counselor, musician, stoke patrol, powder day hoot and hollerer 👊

Can’t wait for another season, Missy!

Fall 2025 Photo Collaboration with @visit_keweenaw Shoot 2 part II

Last fall I collaborated with Visit Keweenaw to capture different scenes across the peninsula during the fall color season. It was a total of 7 different shoots with 7 different subjects. These shoots involved different models, locations and activities. One thing was constant over the course of the 3 week shoot - warm, sunny days. Truthfully, I was hoping for some cloud cover on certain days - to soften the shadows and brighten the colors of the leaves. But the clouds never materialized on any of our photo days - so long shadows and backlit subjects dominated my images.

Shoot 2 - “Fall Colir Chairlift Ride, Fall Spa, Fall Hike - @mountbohemia ” Demographic - young family or 40-50 year old couple.

@therealprincessofpersia and @dp.huot were the ideal Nordic Spa models. They were comfortable being in front of the camera (with little clothing on) and their love for each other and of the spa translated into the images.

For up to date 2026 Fall Color information please visit the @visit_keweenaw on Instagram, Facebook or their website.

If you wanna talk about about good products, you gotta talk about good people, and @esc_glvs are made of both those things ❤️

You ever met a group of people and immediately felt like family? That’s how I feel about @enzer26 , Ian, and their whole crew!

I’m super particular about my kit, especially my mittens… if things don’t fit just right and feel perfect I won’t wear it. Call it a sensory issue 🤷‍♂️, but my ESC mitts fit just right. From the backcountry to the park and all in between 🤙

It’s time, Counter Methods - EVOLUTION is going live FOR FREE on YouTube Friday, November 13th at 8pm EST 🖤

This project is made from love and passion for the outdoors, friends and family, and of course sliding sideways! EVOLUTION is a film 14 years in the making. A coming of age story shaped by the core culture of snowboarding and the belief that you can accomplish anything, no matter how unlikely it may seem.

Follow the link in my bio to set a reminder on YouTube. Tune in with me for the premiere and shoot your comments in the live feed, I’ll be answering questions throughout the movie 🤙

Women need support from women ❤️

My girl @kateworland at @boynecountrysports is that person for me. Kate has gone out of her way to find ways for Boyne Country Sports to be in my corner. Helping to find projects and close the loop on odds and ends for gear. On top of that she’s like a ‘big sister’ to me!

Dreams come true with her encouragement 👊
