✨Final stop: @oastbrook ✨

This visit brings my @rotherwinetriangle Bus Triangle Tour series to a close. It’s been a lovely way to discover the vineyards around Robertsbridge, including @mountfieldwinery , @sedlescombe_organic , @oxneyorganicestate , @charlespalmervineyards , @tillinghamwines and @oastbrook .

Oastbrook sits in a beautiful corner of the Sussex countryside. Owners and winemakers Nick and America Brewer have created a wonderful place to explore English wine. Even its name tells a story: an oast is a kiln for drying hops, and a brook is a small natural stream.

The Triangle Tour is £130 per person and includes visits to three vineyards, twelve wines and lunch at one of the vineyards. You’re picked up from Robertsbridge train station and dropped back there afterwards. Why drive between vineyards when someone can do that for you?

I had such a great day out I highly recommend it. I’m looking forward to returning to Oastbrook on Sunday for harvest!

Six vineyards, mostly family-owned, producing exceptional wines across this beautiful corner of East Sussex.

Oastbrook, Oxney, Tillingham, Charles Palmer, Mountfield and Sedlescombe have come together to help more people discover the region - and there’s now a very good way to do it.

Every Sunday, hop on the Rother Wine Triangle bus and spend the day exploring three vineyards. Meet the winemakers, walk the vines, taste 12 wines and enjoy a vineyard lunch along the way.

Come down by train. We’ll pick you up from the station and take care of the rest.

August, you were a bloody good one! 🥳

Full tables, beautiful vineyards, brilliant guests, plenty of English wine, lots of food and a few more very warm and sweaty days ☀️🫠

We welcomed lots of new faces and got to do what we love for another month.
