A custom chair by @mousstudio anchors a quiet corner of our Westway project. To fulfill the client’s desire for a creamy palette, the room pairs soft textured upholstery against dark wood backing and subtle neutral plasterwork. 📸 @beckleyco #LuxuryInteriorDesign #InteriorArchitecture #CustomArt #DoniphanMooreInteriors

A look at a few of my favorite details from the @real_simple Fort Greene townhome. I love a shelf moment and hanging this vintage French impressionist at eye level speaks to my seated guests from both living and dining vantages. A few standouts include friend Steffany @vyvoistudio and her Sắn luminaire from the Rễ Cây collection. A delicate paper shade balances atop a moss green glazed ceramic base, perfectly illuminating the treasured objets found throughout the shelves. The @mousstudio Meridian chair is an icon, and was one of the first pieces that came to mind for this space. One could say, I built the living and entry around this statuesque piece. And finally @m_o_n_d_a_y_s coming in hot with a beautiful blue glazed vessel with a stunning textured finish. Captured by @nickglimenakis

Perfect time for 🍂👀 • • @mousstudio The new collection items lean architectural yet tactile - marbled vellum against textured bronze, playful curves with sophisticated comfort, and rounded silhouettes that merge ancient craftsmanship with modern design.

As a native Texan, layering in a touch of Texas excellence was important to me for this year’s @real_simple Fort Greene townhome and their contributions to the living room design was next level. The iconic @mousstudio Meridien chair and Cusp credenza are the perfect scale and help anchor and elevate the effortless entertaining functionality in the chicest way possible. The cream leather wrapped door fronts have the perfect hand and are even better in person. I am also thankful for fellow @aapi_designalliance and friend @kufrilife for contributing her stunning woven Carmel collection to frame our living room windows. The organic and natural drape of the Carmel in Spruce is so beautiful. And last but not least, I am thrilled to have been able to bring in my own @treethingsaustin with a sculptural jade bonsai in a custom @m_o_n_d_a_y_s brown clay planter. It’s an honor to see Texas represented so well in this space! Beautifully captured by @nickglimenakis.

Layered perfection in this corner vantage of the @real_simple Fort Greene townhome. A standout is the raw silk shade and hand formed, glossy brown glaze, ceramic clay body floor lamp, a beautiful collaboration between @southlooploft and @paige.schlosser. The soft, silk ribbons are a playful touch and the lamp plays the role of sculpture by day and warm illumination by night. Captured by @nickglimenakis

Excited to share that the @real_simple home is live and what a beautiful journey it has been to see the space come together! Honored to be among such talent and incredibly thankful to all of my artist friends, makers, and collaborators who contributed to this layered Fort Greene townhome. Thanks to friend @nickglimenakis for the effortless shots!

We’ve long been fans of @emilyeng.interiors, and found the perfect match with our client @mousstudio’s Luna vase in her @brooklynshowhouse boudoir. The room reimagines Napoleon’s tented bedroom at Malmaison through a mix of neoclassical ornamentation, French modernism and Japanese influence. Congratulations to @emilyeng.interiors and everyone involved in bringing the showhouse to life! Design @emilyeng.interiors Photographer @ethanherrington Florals @twolips.floral

The Chair Edit | 6 Chairs on Our Radar A great chair does more than fill a corner. It can shift the entire character of a room through proportion, silhouette, material and detail. These six caught our attention for very different reasons - sculptural timber, wrapped forms, unexpected arm details, rich upholstery and pieces that feel almost architectural in their construction. Featuring designs by @luxayor.au, @mousstudio, @arcadiamodernhome, @mezzocollection_ , @carlyle_collective, @light_house_co Some are quiet, some make a statement, but each brings something distinct to the room. Which one would you take a seat in? #InteriorDesign #FurnitureDesign #ChairDesign #DesignDetails #MemiaInteriors
