Möva Lab with Yulama Saturday! What happens when we stop trying to control movement - and allow ourselves to be moved? Möva Lab is an exploration of the body through somatic movement, improvisation, soft acrobatics, and connection. We’ll begin within, listening to the subtle intelligence of the body, before expanding outward into our relationship with space, gravity, the Earth, and one another. Through movement, we’ll explore the dance between will and surrender - discovering how force can be redirected, recycled, and transformed into flow. Expect subtle strength, soft acrobatic play, improvisation, and space to discover your own unique movement language. A practice of listening. Surrendering. Connecting. Moving. Join Yulama for Möva Lab at Awake.
