👋It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself here, so hi. I’m Candace.
📖I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, yoga teacher, and lifelong student of what it means to be human.
🎨My curiosity about the inner world started early—through music, dance, and eventually philosophy, where I became fascinated by questions of meaning, consciousness, creativity, and the nature of reality.
🧠Later, I found myself studying clinical psychology and completing my first yoga teacher training at the same time.
📿Somewhere in the overlap, I became deeply interested in the places where mind, body, emotion, and spirit meet.

🙏It’s my honor to help people journey into the inner world. Catch me at a public class, or DM me if you’re interested in individual exploration.

august was beautiful & bountiful in so many special ways. this birthday month in particular was extra epic. definitely felt absolutely insane at some points, but we danced our way through, per usual. ✨

thank you to everyone who reached out for my birthday. the outpouring of love & well wishes from friends & family who called, messaged, showed up & gave me the biggest hugs on my birthday… my heart is so incredibly full. 🥹😭💖🌊

i’m very much in my feels right now, feeling so deeply loved & grateful for all of you.

stepping into my thirty-eighth year with so much excitement. honestly, i’ve never felt better than i do right now — more myself, more alive, more grateful & more ready for whatever this next trip around the sun has in store. ☀️✨

here’s to 38 🤙

BRACE YOURSELVES… September’s hot calendar girl is coming. 👑🍂💗

September has always owned a big piece of my heart. It’s Virgo season, the beginning of fall… and Joseph’s birthday month.

His birthday was September 21st, and nobody loved his birthday more than Joe. 😂❤️ He celebrated like it was a national holiday — and you KNOW Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September” was BLASTING.

So every September brings him right back to me: the music, the laughter, the memories… all of it.

And now Queen CoCo gets to usher in the month properly — Queen of the Forest, owner of the path, and September’s hot calendar girl. 🐾👑

Welcome, September. You hold so much of my heart. ❤️🍂
